Poison Javelin gains an extra 12% Poison damage per level of Plague Javelin. Try to target this near or just past groups of enemies, not right at them, as this will position the poison cloud to best effect. When you throw your Javelin, it leaves a trail of poison that adds extra poison damage. This will be your primary attack, so you want to get it as soon as you qualify (invest a point in Critical Strike below between levels 3-5 while waiting for Poison Javelin to open up). Andariel can be a real pain if you're trying to solo on this spec. Plus, it can give you something you can do against poison immunes, unless you want a weapon switch to help there.
